CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Toledo women's track & field distance runner Lou Trois posted an impressive 1500m time of 4:18.79 at the Virginia High Performance, taking second place in the event on Sunday.
The time is Trois' best of the season and sits just 0.34 seconds behind her PR of 4:18.45, which ranks fourth in program history for the 1500m. The France native's time is 98th in Division I and fourth-best in the MAC this season.
The senior's second-place finish came among a field of runners entirely from the ACC and finished just 1.92 seconds off of the lead.
